Closing Time: 3005 - Childish Gambino

Hm. I will need to listen to this one a couple times before I really make a judgment on this one. It is not one of Childish Gambino's songs where I am acting like Dirk Nowitzki on the beach. The hook does absolutely nothing for me and sounds rather soft from Gambino. Now, if this is a song they are planning to bring into the mainstream, I totally get it. The song has a feel for radio and big time plays. I do not know if it will get it, yet I can make more sense of this one if that is what we are going for here. If it is just another song, then frankly I have no idea what direction Gambino is headed in career-wise. I felt he was headed for the emo, Kid Cudi lifestyle, but it appears that is not the plan at least with this song.
