Tap's Trailers: The Railway Man
Maybe it is just me, but I feel like there are not many World War II movies made anymore. I assume this is because most of the stories have been told, but at the same time, I miss the lack of war movies. This is a new one featuring Colin Firth and Nicole Kidman. Firth plays a British solider who was held captive by Japan to build the 'Death Railway' in Southeast Asia extending from Thailand to Burma. Firth is determined to find out the person whom made him be a railroad worker. This currently does not have a United States distributor meaning you need to head to England or Australia for this one unless you are a crafty person on the Internet.
Charlie.
